Wet Ape Productions Presents.... Keloha Music & Arts Festival!

From the same team that brings Center of Gravity, Canada's Hottest Beach Festival, comes a brand new event for Kelowna. KELOHA, A Waterfront Escape into Music & Arts, will be a premiere event for the City and will attract music lovers from all across Western Canada.

This July 6th, 7th, and 8th our team at Wet Ape brings a truly new event to the Okanagan!
Keloha, is coming to Kelowna’s Waterfront Park, the perfect location to craft an island
getaway experience highlighted by great music and art. Keloha will explore music that
has yet to be higlighted on this scale in the Okanagan, while maintaining a bluegrass feel
with the addition of local art and unique vendors. For many of our team members, Keloha
represents their favorite genres of music, indie, rock, and folk. For this reason, among
others, it was important to bring artists that transcend genres and have a lot of appeal.

On March 20, our team announced a line up of headliners that got Kelowna’s attention
and approval. Acts such as; AWOLNATION, Juno winners The Sheepdogs, Cold War
Kids, and Tokyo Police Club will take the stage during the three day, three night tropical
fantasy. Our team can’t stop talking about the artists their waiting to see, and we’re all
certain these artists, as well as the rest of the three day line up, will be nothing short of
amazing. For many, (our team and city of Kelowna residents) the excitement and praise
for Keloha comes from it being so new. Kelowna doesn’t have an event currently which
brings such big names in these genres all at once. Keloha has also done an excellent job
of filling the line up with local and Canadian favorites, such as Juno winner Dan Mangan,
Said the Whale, and 2011 Center of Gravity favorite Dirty Radio.
