The Plaza: Main food area, located on the plaza right over Harmony Bridge

Saturday: 12pm – 10pm
Sunday: 12pm – 10pm
Food Tier 1 (15x30) Price: $1000 plus GST
Food Tier 2 (15x15) Price: $800 plus GST
Exhibitor applications have been posted. Limited spots are still available, applicants will be contacted by May 30th to let them know if they have received a spot at the event.
Sunset Way: Located on the pathway between the plaza and Island Stage

Exhibitor Tier 1 (10x20): $700 plus GST
Exhibitor Tier 2 (10x10): $450 plus GST
All vendors/exhibitors must supply their own insurance
All food vendors must be approved by Interior Health Authority
Sampling is only available with silver sponsorship or higher
Space is not guaranteed until payment and contract are received
We reserve the right to refuse any vendor/exhibitor
Parking pass available for vendor/exhibitor
Event security on site at all times
Event staff can assist with restocking
Setup is Thursday July 5th, between 3pm – 8pm (Art Ave and Food Vendors) or Friday 8am - 12pm (Sunset Way Exhibitors)
